Job Summary
Examine and grade donated goods to determine quality and prepare items for sale in-store and online. Process goods to meet daily production goals while pivoting between work areas as needed. Identify and resolve operational problems, communicating effectively with management and team members to maintain a clean, organized workspace. Adhere to safety protocols, including reporting hazards, and complete all required trainings and meetings. Maintain strong organizational skills and sound judgment while working independently or within a team environment. This role supports our mission to turn donations into vocations for individuals with barriers to employment, contributing to community impact and environmental sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
