Job Summary
Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to determine quality for store and online sales. Effectively process items to meet daily production goals while pivoting between multiple work areas as needed. Identify and resolve operational problems or seek management support when issues arise. Consistently perform tasks according to training playbooks, e-learning modules, and work instructions while maintaining a neat, clean, and organized workspace. Adhere to safety and security practices, including reporting hazards and injuries to management. Attend all required trainings and meetings. Foster a healthy team culture with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
