Job Summary
Examine and grade donated goods to determine quality and prepare items for sale in stores and online. Process goods to meet daily production goals while pivoting between multiple work areas as needed. Identify and resolve operational problems, communicate with management and team members, and perform tasks according to training playbooks and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety and security practices by reporting hazards. Attend required trainings and meetings, and complete other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
