Job Summary
Examine and grade donated goods to determine quality for store and online sales. Process items to meet daily production goals while pivoting between work areas to support output. Identify and resolve problems or seek management support as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and adhere to safety, security, and training protocols. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete all required trainings. Foster a healthy team culture and demonstrate sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
