Job Summary
Examine and grade donated goods to determine quality and prepare items for sale in-store and online. Process inventory to meet daily production goals while pivoting between work areas as needed. Solve problems independently or seek management support and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Perform tasks according to training playbooks and maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols. Attend required trainings and meetings. Required Qualifications
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
