Job Summary
Merchandiser (Full Time) supports in-store execution for Red Bull products by stocking, maintaining, displaying, and rotating inventory to brand standards across accounts. Duties include servicing customers professionally, maximizing product visibility, rotating through back stock to shelves, checking code dates, removing damaged/expired products, maintaining backstock areas, and supporting display optimization. Requires lifting and handling up to 25 pounds, valid US driver’s license, and reliable vehicle for work; 18+ years old; English preferred. Base hourly pay ranges from $16.15 to $24.23 with benefits including health plans, 401k match, and PTO. Emphasis on compliance with planograms and shelf schematics; collaboration with Account Sales Managers and customers to ensure product availability and inventory support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma not specified
- Experience merchandising is a plus
- A valid US Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- English; additional languages an advantage
