Job Summary
Merchandisers needed to stock bakery products in the bread aisle, rotate inventory to ensure freshness, and present items neatly for customers. Responsibilities include facing shelves, maintaining a neat appearance, and coordinating with store staff. Must be physically able to push/pull racks, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and handle items up to 40 pounds. Position requires availability 5 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays and weekends; valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card are required for the driving duties. This is a union position with Teamsters Local 117; Franz Bakery offers comprehensive benefits. Prior experience in merchandising or bakery environments preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
