Job Summary
Part-time Flower Merchandiser responsible for maintaining immaculate displays and restocking flower inventory across stores, collaborating with clients and local teams, and using a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor. Duties include creating attractive displays, monitoring inventory, assisting during peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), participating in store resets, and providing professional, friendly customer service while complying with e-verify/I-9 processes. Requires physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, English reading/writing proficiency, reliable transportation, internet access, a smartphone, and availability during peak season (Nov–May).
