Job Summary
As a Flower Merchandiser at Falcon Farms, you will be responsible for ensuring flower displays are immaculate and attractive, restocking and organizing flower inventory, and communicating daily activities using a mobile device. You will work independently while collaborating with local teams during festive seasons to create unforgettable displays. The position requires physical energy to lift boxes up to 40 pounds, bend, stretch, and stand for most of the shift. Training is provided, and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour is offered with a part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
- Internet access and a smartphone
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
