Job Summary
Conduct daily store visits to ensure flower displays are immaculate, restock inventory, and optimize product presentation. Collaborate directly with store employees and managers to create attractive arrangements while reporting activities via mobile device. Support festive seasonal demand during key dates like Valentine's Day and Christmas by setting up new displays and adjusting inventory. Work independently with occasional team support to maintain high-quality merchandising standards across assigned locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
- Internet access and a smartphone
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders
- Walk and stand for most of the shift
- Must be available for Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00AM to 11:00AM
