Job Summary
Flower Merchandiser provides in-store floral displays, restocks and organizes inventory, and uses a mobile device to report activities. You’ll independently manage displays while collaborating with local teams to create attractive arrangements and prepare stores for peak seasonal demand (Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Christmas). The role involves physical tasks (lifting up to 40 pounds), working part-time schedule on Mon/Wed/Fri mornings, and engaging with store staff and customers to ensure high-quality displays across assigned Arcadia, LA locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
- Internet access and a smartphone
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- Walk and stand for most of the shift
