Job Summary
Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive across store visits while restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory. Collaborate directly with clients and local teams to create displays and optimize stock, using a mobile device to communicate with supervisors and report activities. Work independently to support festive season demands during key dates like Valentine's Day and Christmas, participating in department resets when necessary. Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently while standing and walking for most of the shift. Maintain professional interactions with employees, managers, and customers. Schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Paid training and transportation expense reimbursement are provided.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
- Internet access and a smartphone
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders
- Walk and stand for most of the shift
