Job Summary
Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive across various locations while restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory. Collaborate directly with clients and local teams to create displays and optimize stock, using a mobile device to communicate with supervisors and report activities. Support festive seasonal demand during key dates and participate in department resets for new displays. Work independently with occasional teamwork to set up arrangements and manage inventory adjustments. Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently while standing and walking for most of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
- Internet access and a smartphone
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders
- Walk and stand for most of the shift
- Must be available for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 7:00AM to 11:00AM
