Job Summary
Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive across multiple store locations by restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory. Collaborate directly with clients and local teams to create displays and optimize stock levels. Use a mobile device to communicate with supervisors and report daily activities. Support festive seasonal demand during key dates like Valentine's Day and Christmas by participating in department resets and special activities. Work independently while lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for most of the shift. This part-time role includes paid training, a mobile phone allowance, and transportation reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
- Internet access and a smartphone
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders
- Walk and stand for most of the shift
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday from 7:00am to 10:00am)
- Must be available for weekday shifts (Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm)
