Job Summary
Merchandiser responsible for building and maintaining product displays at retail beverage locations, managing shelf space and product levels, following pricing guidelines, and ensuring attractive presentation of Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company products. Includes travel to stores using a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement, training new and existing Pull-Up staff, maintaining merchandising standards, rotating stock, and completing store paperwork. Requires lifting 10–50 pounds, operating a manual/powered pallet jack, and adherence to uniform and appearance standards; typically ~40 hours per week. Also involves reporting stock conditions, unsafe conditions, and communicating with management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- One year general work experience
- Twelve-month prior Pull-Up experience required with Company
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack to lift/move product
- Willingness and ability to travel daily by personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (10-50 pounds), and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to read and respond to common inquiries and basic calculations
- Basic math for stock numbers, dates, and product verification
- Ability to operate forklift or electric pallet jack where applicable
- Commitment to company appearance standards and safety policies
- No relocation or remote-work specifics stated beyond local travel
- Experience with merchandising standards and rotating products
- Ability to complete store paperwork (check-in/out) at each stop
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience training others (Pull-Up employees)
- Ability to work ~40 hours per week
