Job Summary
Conduct sales activities for the assigned business/territory, including product portfolio management, order-taking, and preparing in-store marketing displays. Assist management in managing daily operational expenses and implement action plans to achieve sales targets. Track individual and team progress against key performance indicators, record sales data, and maintain customer information in the CRM database. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and prepare quotations and contracts for sales agreements. Report on competitor activities and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely product deliveries. Monitor payments collection and coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance the sales process and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- SPM or equivalent qualification
- Good working knowledge with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Good working knowledge of the assigned territory/products/services and sales skills
- Skilled in communication and negotiation
- Basic skills in research and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in both Malay and English (spoken and written)
