Job Summary
Merchandiser / Delivery Driver combines in-store merchandising responsibilities with optional delivery duties. You will maximize product inventory, build displays and end caps, process freight, stock merchandise, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with curbside pickup and delivery if assigned. Responsibilities include greeting customers, building relationships, informing customers about products and services, participating in wine, spirits, and beer training, maintaining knowledge of advertisements and promotions, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. The role may include loading/delivering orders, operating POS and inventory software, and complying with all laws related to alcohol sales. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets (up to 50 lbs)
- Knowledge of alcohol-sale regulations and maintaining safety standards
