Job Summary
Build and maintain product displays by stocking shelves, coolers, and floor placements while rotating inventory to ensure freshness and manage levels. Execute planograms, promotional materials, and seasonal programs, ensuring accurate pricing and labeling. Partner with Account Managers to support sales goals and develop relationships with store personnel for timely issue resolution. Safely operate a company vehicle for daily local travel between accounts, adhering to company policy and wearing steel-toed footwear. Early morning start times, weekends, and holidays may be required. This full-time role offers a path to long-term career advancement in sales, operations, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 150 pounds
- Must be able to climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position
- Must be able to wear steel-toed footwear
- Must be able to work in varying environments, including refrigerated areas and outdoor conditions
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk and reach
- Must be able to safely operate company vehicle in accordance with company policy
- Must be available for early morning start times
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for holidays
- Must be available for daily local travel between accounts
Desired Qualifications
- Prior merchandising or retail experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
