Job Summary
Manage end-to-end product development from proto sampling through shipment, ensuring quality, pricing, and on-time delivery. Coordinate operational activities including lab dips, bulk fabric color submissions, and factory make schedules while tracking critical paths and forecasting delays. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and QA teams to negotiate prices, resolve production issues, and execute corrective action plans. Maintain fluid communication with internal and external partners to provide up-to-date production and shipment status. Requires 4-5 years of merchandising experience, fluent English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years working experience in merchandising
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
- Professional qualification in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel
- Fluent in: English
- Frequency of Travel: As required.
