Job Summary
Handle end-to-end product development until shipment, ensuring quality, vendor selection, pricing, and on-time delivery. Coordinate operational activities including sample development, costing, production tracking, and WIP follow-ups while negotiating prices with suppliers. Monitor critical paths, forecast delays, and implement corrective actions to address production issues and ensure factory compliance. Supervise Merchandisers and Product Developers, manage vendor onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers to optimize margins. Requires frequent travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience in merchandising
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Fluent in: English
- Frequency of Travel: As required.

- Creativity, technical capability and sensibility for merchandising/design
- Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
