Merchandiser/Cashier

Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or directing them to a parts specialist; operate checkout, process transactions, and deter shoplifters. Maintain front-floor merchandising per planograms, update prices and sale materials, and ensure displays are stocked, clean, and current. Perform stock-related tasks including checking in, pricing, stocking, cycle counts, and overstock returns; assist with store to-do lists and weekly team tasks. Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front-floor security and assist with broader store initiatives and O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities. Requires bilingual communication (Spanish highly desired) and strong number management, interpersonal, and organizational skills; prior cashier/stocking experience preferred. Clock in/out per policy; collaborate with management to support customer service excellence and store operations. This role is based in Casper, Wyoming at the US store location.
