Job Summary
The Merchandiser/Cashier is responsible for greeting customers on the sales floor, assisting them in locating merchandise, checking out customers, and deterring shoplifters. Key tasks include stocking merchandise according to planograms, maintaining displays, handling merchandise returns, and completing transactions quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical aptitude, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. A background in cashiering or stocking is preferred, along with fluency in Spanish being a highly desired trait.
