Job Summary
Merchandiser and cashier role at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Responsibilities include greeting customers on the sales floor, assisting in locating merchandise or directing to a parts specialist, checking out customers, deterring shoplifting, stocking and fronting merchandise per planograms, pricing updates, maintaining sale materials, assisting with stock adjustments and cycle counts, working with the manager on to-do lists and weekly tasks, and supporting store security and image responsibilities. Requires good numerical aptitude, interpersonal and organizational skills, cashier/stocking experience preferred, bilingual ability (Spanish highly desired), and ability to operate in a fast-paced store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- Good interpersonal communicational skills
- Good organizational skills
- Desire: Previous cashier and/or stocking experience
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
