Job Summary
Merchandiser role at Breakthru Beverage responsible for daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, managing POS materials, store resets for remodels or seasonal changes, and strengthening key account relationships. Requires driving to customer locations with a valid license and reliable transportation; involves identifying brand opportunities, expanding shelf and cold box facings, communicating out-of-stock or new item opportunities, and growing beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge while ensuring safe handling of beverage alcohol and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach. Compensation includes $18/hour with OT potential, plus a monthly car allowance and gas card; requires a proactive, team-oriented mindset and ability to travel to customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older to apply
- possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
- top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- able to work occasional weekends
- demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment
- able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds
- physical ability to perform duties (standing, bending, climbing, etc.)
