Job Summary
Merchandiser role responsible for in-store merchandising across accounts, stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, managing POS materials, and store resets for remodels and seasonal changes. Build strong rapport with key account relationships, identify brand opportunities and out-of-stock or new item opportunities, and communicate feedback to sales teams. Develop knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits to better serve customers. Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ability to lift 45-65 lbs, and weekend availability. Compensation includes $20.00/hour plus a $2,400 annual car allowance and company-issued fuel card. Eligible for benefits including health care, life insurance, PTO, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older to apply
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work occasional weekends
- Ability to lift and carry 45-65 pounds
