Job Summary
Join Borden Dairy as a Merchandiser, responsible for calling on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions, executing plan-o-grams, and ensuring product displays are professional and appealing. Duties include rearranging shelving, conducting store surveys, negotiating for shelf space, and managing product placement to drive sales growth. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, three years of merchandising experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is needed, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
- Minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience in the field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and conscientious work ethic
- Proven ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
