Job Summary
Build retail displays, hang promotional signs, and rotate product and fill coolers and hot shelves at assigned customer locations. Engage with consumers and retail personnel to communicate brand value, establish relationships, and sell new brands. Monitor inventory, replace back stock, and ensure proper stock levels and rotation while maintaining product freshness and pricing standards. Execute company goals to enhance sales, distribution, and shelf space coverage. Attend daily meetings with the Area Sales Manager to discuss market opportunities and report challenges, out-of-stocks, or competitive activity. Complete assigned surveys to gauge internal results versus competition and maintain a clean, safe company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply

Desired Qualifications
- Draught experience preferred
- Ability to learn and effectively use the handheld sales unit
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments
- Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment
- Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail
- Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
