Merchandiser

Merchandiser responsible for servicing assigned outlets to ensure products are available and shelf occupancy aligns with the planogram. Wear Babas uniforms while stationed at promotion outlets and may be relocated to other Klang Valley outlets as needed. Report daily promotional activity to the Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor and follow standard display procedures at supermarkets and retail outlets. Greet outlet managers, visit stores to inspect staff and products, ensure stock levels are sufficient, and report shortages to Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor. Arrange products in eye-catching positions, follow FIFO to minimize expired stock and returns. Display rules include arranging 25gm/125gm/250gm items (turmeric, Fish, Meat, Chilly, Kurma) in the same row on the second row; place 1kg and 3kg items at the top or bottom of shelves. Perform additional tasks as instructed by supervisors.
