Merchandiser

Merchandiser needed to service assigned outlets, ensure products are available and shelf occupancy follows the planogram, perform in-store promotions, arrange products to eye-catching positions, and manage FIFO to minimize expired stock. Role involves wearing Babas uniforms, potential relocation to outlets in Klang Valley, reporting daily promotional activity to Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor, inspecting store staff, maintaining stock levels, and executing store display procedures in supermarkets or retail outlets. Must follow instructions from supervisors and implement display rules while visiting outlets; weight-specific display placements (turmeric, fish, meat, chilli, kurma in 25g/125g/250g rows; 1kg and 3kg items placed at top or bottom) and adhering to shelf organization guidelines.
