Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and applying customer experience principles, while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store; ring purchases/returns accurately; promote credit and loyalty programs; uphold merchandising standards and procedures; participate in store recovery and safety; contribute to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect; assist in loss prevention efforts and adhere to labor laws and store policies. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, and physical capability to lift heavy objects; flexible scheduling to meet business needs; prior retail experience is preferred.
