Job Summary
Merchandiser for the Amarillo territory responsible for stocking shelves, building displays, rotating inventory, and supporting sales efforts to ensure Morales Beverage Group's brands stand out. Duties include setting up promotional displays with proper signage and pricing, educating store staff about featured products and promotions, monitoring inventory and reporting shortages, collaborating with sales representatives and retail staff to meet sales goals, and ensuring compliance with local and federal alcohol laws. The role requires professionalism, strong communication, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and willingness to travel to multiple store locations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory-tracking systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in retail, sales, or merchandising
- Experience in wine and spirits industry is a plus
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Willingness to travel to multiple store locations
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory tracking systems
- Ability to interact across teams
- Proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays as needed
