Job Summary
Build, maintain, and rotate Ale-8-One product displays on shelves, coolers, vendors, and promotional units across a multi-county territory while keeping shelves, backrooms, and pallets neat and clean. Develop strong relationships with store managers and employees at each account, ensuring proper point-of-sale, pricing, and marketing standards are met. Safely operate a vehicle, pallet jack, and hand truck to drive between accounts and fulfill weekend and holiday schedule requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License and a safe driving record
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to lift/ carry 50 lbs.
- move 290 lbs. with a hand truck
- move full pallets of product with a manual floor jack
- At least 2 years work experience
- HS Diploma/ GED or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when required
- Ability to fulfill weekend schedule requirements as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills a must
- Ability to perform frequent and some continuous standing, walking, and driving along with frequent bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, overhead reaching, and grasping, lifting, carrying and handling heavy weight. Also periodic lifting of 50 lbs and pushing / pulling full pallets of heavy product
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions including warm and cold temperatures and elements
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and comply with PPE requirements
- This is a highly physical position
Desired Qualifications
- preferably some experience in a grocery or C-store setting
- some sales experience preferred
- Grocery store, C-store or sales experience preferred
