Job Summary
Build and maintain product displays by stocking shelves, rotating inventory for freshness, and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling. Execute planograms and promotional materials while partnering with Account Managers to support sales goals. Develop relationships with store personnel to ensure premium in-store execution and timely issue resolution. Safely operate a company vehicle for daily local travel between accounts, adhering to all safety policies and wearing steel-toed footwear. This role requires early morning start times, weekends, and holidays as needed, with physical demands including lifting up to 150 pounds and working in varying environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 150 pounds
- Ability to climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position
- Ability to wear steel-toed footwear
- Ability to work in varying environments, including refrigerated areas and outdoor conditions
- Early morning start times, weekends and holidays
- Daily local travel between accounts
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk and reach
Desired Qualifications
- Prior merchandising or retail experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising standards

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
