Job Summary
Merchandiser coordinates daily work schedules with Salesmen, stocks shelves and optimizes shelf space, rotates products for freshness, builds and maintains displays, installs POS and pricing, and communicates issues and opportunities with Salesmen and Sales Manager. Requires reading and writing simple instructions, basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide, rates, ratios, percents), and the ability to perform tasks with attention to detail. Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and enduring outdoor weather conditions. Must have a valid driver's license and strong time-management skills.
