Job Summary
Maximize product appeal and sales by displaying items in POG'd spaces and identifying off-shelf placements. Maintain adequate stock levels, organize shelves to POG standards, and set up displays and promotional materials. Coordinate lift/cleans, resets, and emergency deliveries while keeping backstock areas clean to prevent breakage and enable quick inventory management. Repair damaged products, organize returns, and consolidate cases. Work typical day shifts including one weekend day per week. Valid NJ driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to move cases of beverages weighing 20+ lbs
- Physically able to perform repetitive movements i.e.; bend, kneel, squat, lift
- Must have valid NJ drivers license
- Typical schedule consists of 1 weekend day + 4 weekdays
- Routes are day shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred, but not required
