Job Summary
Display and arrange beverage products on shelves and fixtures to draw customer attention, placing price signs and transferring stock to comply with sell-by dates. Order product for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stock conditions and construct display aids from provided materials. Provide excellent customer service to store owners, resolve complaints, and communicate daily with key personnel regarding service needs. Work without direct supervision while lifting up to 70 pounds in a moderate noise environment with occasional outside weather exposure. This role supports Admiral Beverage's mission as a strategic business partner across Mountain-West states, Alaska, and 25+ distribution centers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Must be able to effectively resolve complaints or grievances
- Must be able to communicate effectively on a daily basis with key store personnel
- Must be able to order product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures
- Must be able to arrange products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management
- Must be able to place price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor
- Must be able to transfer product from customer stock room to floor displays
- Must be able to construct or assemble display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials
- Must wear company provided uniform and present professional and well-groomed appearance
- Must be reliable
