Job Summary
Merchandiser needed for a 12-month fixed-term contract with Love & Roses (NEXT group) in London. Lead and trade the department in collaboration with Buyer and Designers to maximise profit, plan ranges, manage the Critical Path, optimise stock and drive commerciality. Responsibilities include strategy and planning, range balance, supplier development, active trading and forecasting (WSSI), managing markdowns and promotions, analyzing KPI data (returns, sizing, color, price) and partnering with cross-functional teams. Requires extensive fashion-category experience, proven team leadership, collaboration with senior leadership, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the business.
