Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models customer-experience best practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately rings purchases and returns, and adheres to merchandising standards, labor laws, and loss-prevention policies. Participates in store recovery, safety awareness, and daily maintenance of the sales floor; may contribute to store-shrink reduction programs and other duties as assigned. Requires strong customer-service skills, effective communication, adaptability to changes, ability to multi-task, and the physical capability to lift heavy objects.
