Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, Point of Sale processes, and inventory management. Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and stock is maintained per visual standards while developing and training employees on product knowledge and sales techniques. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and enforce all Park policies and procedures with discipline as needed. Analyze sales data to develop strategies for exceeding goals and collaborate with supervisors to plan promotional events. Maintain full compliance with cash handling policies and assist with inventory control functions. Theme Park experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years old or older
- Must be organized with excellent time management skills with ability to work flexible and varied shifts
- Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to interact well with internal team members while maintaining a professional atmosphere
- Must be able to follow and uphold all Six Flags Policies and Procedures
- Must be able to lift 10-50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Theme Park experience preferred
