Job Summary
Supervise daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, Point of Sale processes, and inventory management to ensure efficient team performance. Train, mentor, and evaluate retail employees while developing store leads on product knowledge and sales techniques. Maintain visual merchandising standards, monitor stock levels, and implement sales strategies and promotions to maximize engagement. Address guest inquiries with professionalism and collaborate with park management to plan promotional events and drive sale initiatives. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years old or older
- Must be organized with excellent time management skills with ability to work flexible and varied shifts
- Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self Motivator
- Must be able to interact well with internal team members while maintaining a professional atmosphere
- Must be able to follow and uphold all Six Flags Policies and Procedures
- Must be able to lift 10-50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Theme Park experience preferred
