Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, accurately processing purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store recovery efforts and participating in safety awareness initiatives. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed to support business requirements. This role is part of TJX Companies, the world's leading off-price retailer, where associates collaborate across four global home offices and seven brands including HomeGoods, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
