Job Summary
Utilize and maintain store pricing using Tags-On-Demand mobile printing, identify and label merchandise lacking vendor SKUs, and process returned products to the sales floor. Create price tags and signage for all items, replace outdated signage based on updated changes, and stock products according to Floor & Decor standards. Partner with Department Managers to determine which products need SKUs, price changes, or returns, and assist customers with product selection and questions. Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email while complying with safe lifting practices. Full-time and part-time positions available with a minimum base pay of $15.10 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
- Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
- Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Sensitivity to confidential information
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Ability to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
