Merchandise Shipping/Receiving Associate

Job Summary
Complete invoices, process returns and replenishment shipments, maintain store stock and event displays, and conduct inventory checks. Prepare and ship orders, manage store transfers, and organize the warehouse to ensure easy product locating. Support the Will Call area, stock the sales floor, and assist in the physical inventory process while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Demonstrate exceptional service for internal and external customers and perform other assigned duties. This role requires lifting up to seventy-five pounds and involves working independently with a team mentality. ADI is North America's leading wholesale distributor of security and low voltage products.
Required Qualifications
- Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently without close supervision
- Have a team mentality
- Ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong work ethic
- Approach while maintaining high business ethical standards
