Job Summary
Part-time seasonal Merchandise Seller position at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix. Responsibilities include selling artist merchandise, managing inventory, setting up stands, handling cash and POS transactions, and providing excellent customer service during concerts. Requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in variable weather; shifts can be long (up to 12 hours).
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work entire concert day with shifts up to 12 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with proper lifting techniques
- Prolonged standing, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, and bending
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather
- Reliable transportation to the venue
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Cash handling experience
- Working understanding of touchscreen POS systems
- Accurate inventory counting before and after events
- Detail-oriented and accurate order fulfillment
- Team-oriented and able to work as part of a unit
