Merchandise - Sales Floor Associate

As a Merchandise - Sales Floor Associate, you’ll deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding our customer-experience standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs, model strong customer-service practices, promote credit and loyalty programs, accurately ring purchases/returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, support store recovery, and participate in safety and loss-prevention initiatives. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, attention to detail, teamwork with peers and supervisors, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Prior retail experience is preferred; the position offers a competitive benefits package and starting pay between $13.25 and $13.75 per hour in Erie, PA.
