Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, processing returns, and counting change. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold merchandising procedures throughout the day. Maintain safety awareness and accept constructive feedback as needed. This role supports the leading off-price retailer's mission to delight shoppers with hidden treasures across seven global brands.
