Job Summary
Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders with absolute precision while joyfully processing incoming ski gear physically and electronically. Delicately process returns, transport last-minute packages, and quickly rectify any mistakes to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Operate the Point of Sale system for sales, returns, and warranties while navigating the website to answer customer questions. Work extended standing periods lifting up to 50 lbs.
