Sort, price, and prepare donated merchandise using guidelines while evaluating items for resale, salvage, or discard. Identify special items and high-value donations for premium pricing, then stock, rotate, and display goods on the sales floor. Maintain production goals of 4 carts per hour with a 50% sell-through rate and keep pricing areas neat and organized. Transport merchandise, trash, and supplies throughout the store while following all safety and security policies. Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers in a mission-driven environment where your work funds job training and community programs.
