Job Summary
Attach price tags to clothing, wares, and cleaning items to meet preset production and sales goals. Track daily production and report metrics to the supervisor while following Picture Process Maps and pricing guidelines. Collect found money and donated jewelry, process necessary paperwork, and hand items to the manager daily. Maintain a clean, hazard-free store environment and ensure all team members deliver timely, courteous customer service to guests and donors. Meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards and complete other assignments designated by Store Management. Work in retail stores or warehouses with no climate control, lifting up to 50 pounds, while demonstrating flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability to support overall store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven reliability in meeting attendance expectations
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work as part of a team
- Must be able to continuously perform repetitive work, at a set pace
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills
- Exhibits a high level of integrity and business ethics
- Exhibits a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school/ GED completion preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
