Job Summary
Merchandise Processor provides essential support in store operations and customer service with a focus on processing donations. Responsibilities include sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, stocking, and rotating products to meet production and sales goals; processing textiles and other donated goods; organizing and maintaining the sales floor; supporting ecommerce item selection; and assisting in daily operations while adhering to quality and safety standards. The role requires reading, writing and basic math skills, comfort working in an open warehouse, the ability to learn and use equipment, teamwork, adaptability, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
